Known for pioneering eSignature, DocuSign is the leading SaaS for digital agreements. To no one’s surprise, the company experienced HUGE growth resulting from the 2020 pandemic. Businesses around the globe looked to DocuSign for help getting agreements done remotely. Fewer handshakes. More e-signatures. 

The Background

2020 turned the workplace upside down (and inside out and round and round). As a result, DocuSign experienced rapid growth – both internally and externally. 

To meet the demands of a growing customer base and *dazzle* a new wave of remote workers, DocuSign needed to dust off its old careers page. Top-tier talent expects a top-tier hiring process. 

The Challenge

We scoured Glassdoor reviews, surveyed job seekers, and interviewed employees from across the organization to answer the question: what do people really want from an employer? The answer became clear:

  • Best-in-class benefits  
  • A sense of belonging
  • Opportunities to grow

With voice-of-customer data in hand, we turned the outdated careers page into a vibrant microsite with clever, on-brand wordplay.
