Most fitness studio owners get into business to help people improve their health – not to analyze business data. Albeit, that data is important. That’s where SaaS startup iKizmet comes in. 

Their B2B analytics software helps clients identify revenue losses and opportunities. The software turns class attendance, memberships, and retention into easy-to-read visual reports with recommendations to boost revenue. 

The Background

iKizmet started as a desktop-only software that integrates with studio scheduling softwares like Mindbody. However, studio owners run their businesses from the gym floor, yoga room, and many places in between. 

To meet the need for mobile analytics, iKizmet developed a custom app. But what’s the point of an app if no one knows about it? That’s where I come in. 

The Challenge

I whipped up an email sequence leading to an eye-catching landing page. The emails introduce the app and its benefits to active iKizmet subscribers, prompting downloads. The long game? More value = higher retention. 

The landing page further highlights iKizmet’s commitment to innovation and customer experience. Blending the brand’s bold personality with voice-of-customer, we broke down attributes that make the app a must-download. The campaign exceeded KPIs for app downloads – and scored a few new customers via the secondary free trial CTA.
